Parent Intervention Training

As important as it is to do therapy, it is just as important that parents receive solid training to work with their child in the home setting. Our parent intervention training provides parents with the knowledge and information to provide quality programming and behavior interventions in the home setting. The training is 15-20 hours total and intended to:

• Increase your knowledge of ABA procedures including reinforcement, functions of behavior, and how to reduce inappropriate behavior.
• Educate you on how to work with your child in a one-on-one setting.
• This program is great for parents new to ABA, need help with in home programming, or need a refresher course of ABA training.

Parent Intervention Training does not give authority to become an ABA consultant or authorize you to change or update programs without the supervision from a qualified BCBA or BCABA.
