TDLC offers in-house RBT credentialing training, which is state certification requirement for all ABA therapists, which will be working directly with patients. Rigorous training, role playing and modeling our trained BCBA coordinators, has resulted in the most high performing, quality RBT credentialed therapists for the patients we serve.

Employee Development Opportunities
BCBA/BCaBA Supervision Program:
As a benefit for our full time staff members, Tangible Difference Learning Center offers the opportunity for staff enrolled in approved BACB coursework the chance to obtain their BACB required supervision hours. TDLC’s Supervision Program allows staff to complete their 1000/1500 independent fieldwork supervision hours during scheduled work hours. This is an intensive supervision program that takes approximately 18 months to complete. The program is separated into two sections, the first section allows time for the staff member to collect 500/750 restricted hours, while the second section focuses on accruing the 500/750+ required unrestricted hours. Supervisees have the opportunity to interact with several BCBAs at their respective location offering a more diverse supervision experience.
Tangible Difference Learning Center provides onboarding training to all staff upon employment with the company. In an effort to establish continued support during the initial 90-120 days of employment, all staff are enrolled in a Mentorship Program. New staff are assigned to a Mentor who will meet with them regularly to foster a better understanding of TDLC’s culture pillars which include client centric, collaboration, positivity, leadership, high performing and creative innovation. TDLC prides itself on offering this additional support during the onboarding process of employment for all staff.
