Office Manager:

We are currently looking for an organized, friendly, and intelligent Office Manager to help with our front office duties, including phones, greeting clients, and insurance billing.

BCBA/BCABA:

We are currently looking for a qualified BCBA or BCABA to help us with programming/assessments for our busy ABA program. Must be able to easily commute to the following areas of town: Northwest, Katy, Sugarland, Pearland.

BCBA/BCABA Supervision (Internships):

We are willing to mentor those who are working on their BCBA/BCABA certification and need supervised hours. TDLC offers supervision of candidates in full and part time options. The following are the three plans for supervision. Any deviation from these plans must be approved by Michael Conteh.

Long distance plan : (Fee for BCABA: $3,500, Fee for BCBA: $5,250)

This plan is for candidates who are unable to work any hours at TDLC as part of their supervision due to the distance from their homes. Candidates must complete the following:

  • Work between 10 and 30 hours per week (3 weeks per month) in the Behavior Analysis field
  • Send videotapes of yourself providing one-on-one ABA therapy (2-4 hours per month) to Michael Conteh
  • Complete a project for TDLC, to be determined through an agreement between the candidate and Michael Conteh. This project will become jointly owned by TDLC and the candidate upon its completion and can be altered by TDLC for use at any time after completion.

Part time plan: (No fee)

This plan is for candidates who are only able to work part time at TDLC as part of their supervision. Candidates must complete the following:

  • Work part-time at TDLC. These hours will be unpaid.
  • Complete a project for TDLC, to be determined through an agreement between the candidate and Michael Conteh. This project will become jointly owned by TDLC and the candidate upon its completion and can be altered by TDLC for use at any time after completion.

Full time plan: (No fee)

This plan is for candidates who are able to work 30 hours per week at TDLC as part of their supervision. Candidates seeking the full time plan must complete a 30-day unpaid introductory period and pass an evaluation at the end of the 30 days. Candidates who pass the evaluation at the end of the introductory period will be paid in accordance with their agreement with Michael Conteh. All candidates will be evaluated after every 60 days. Those candidates who do not pass their evaluation at the end of the introductory period will be re-evaluated after another 60 days, and are eligible to be paid if they pass their evaluation at that time.

Candidates must complete the following:

  • Work full-time at TDLC. Approximately 65% of these hours will be paid, and the remaining 35% unpaid. The exact amounts will be determined through the agreement.
  • Complete a project for TDLC to be determined through an agreement between the candidate and Michael Conteh. This project will become jointly owned by TDLC and the candidate upon its completion and can be altered by TDLC for use at any time after completion.
